If “trygrowix” appears on your card or bank statement
You may see “trygrowix” listed when you purchase from trygrowix or its parent company. It can also show up when a subscription renews, or if a family member used their account to make a purchase with trygrowixor its parent company.
Still can’t match the charge?
Work through these steps to figure out where it came from:
- Search your email for phrases like “Thank you for your purchase” or “Order summary.”
- Find a receipt that matches the exact amount shown on your statement.
- On that receipt, note the sender’s email and look up the website for that domain (e.g., support@DOMAINWEBSITE.com → visit that domain).
- Visit the store’s website and see if you recognize it.
- If you do recognize the site:
- Check the top navigation for “Open a Support Ticket.”
- Or scroll to the footer and look for “Open a Support Ticket.”
