- Purchasing an item with our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance gives added peace of mind. If the product fails to perform as expected during its lifetime and you bought our coverage, we may replace the item at no charge for the product itself (shipping fees are not included).
- Misuse, normal wear and tear, or discontinuation of the product will void the warranty.
- “Lifetime” means the period during which the product remains in active production.
- The program may be discontinued at any time without prior notice to customers.
How to use your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance
- Take clear photos or a short video of the affected item.
- Go to our Contact Form page and select Lifetime Warranty as the category.
- Attach the photo(s) or video to your request.
After you submit
- If a replacement is approved, we’ll update you within 48 hours.
