Damaged items, wrong items, or orders not received after 30 days (excluding shipments that show as delivered on the carrier’s site, e.g., USPS or Canada Post) qualify for a free replacement within 7 business days.
More than 7 days from your delivery date? Unfortunately, we can’t offer a replacement.
All sales are final. For defective/incorrect items or orders not received after 30 days (excluding those marked delivered), we issue a replacement rather than a refund.

We’ll create a replacement order using the same shipping speed as your original.
Please send three photos from different angles of the item to help us process your replacement quickly.
If a replacement is approved, no return of the damaged item is required.

“Incorrect” means you received a completely different product than what’s shown on our website.
- Will be replaced: You ordered a dress but received shoes; you ordered lipstick but got mascara.
- Will NOT be replaced: You ordered a weighted plushie but feel it isn’t weighted; you ordered a jacket in size large but feel it fits like a small.
  - As a small business, we work to ensure our product pages include the details customers need to decide before purchasing.
